Message from Dean & Principal

It gives me immense pleasure to greet you all on behalf of the family of V.S.S. Medical College, Burla . Our college is growing bigger and greater day by day serving the ailing Humanity since 1959. I invite you to come and grow with the VSS family by joining the endeavor for excellence in holistic health care, education and research.

We take pride in our infrastructural facilities, teaching faculty, staff support systems and excellent teaching and learning environment, for all round development of our students. In the rapidly changing medical education scenario and health care delivery models, along with the growth and development in information and communication technology, medical

education has become more dynamic than ever before. In this fluidic environment our endeavour is to make our students competent, confident, self reliant and life long learners ready for change. Our focus will be on higher levels of learning, comprehension, analysis and application of knowledge besides developing the right kind of attitude and humane approach in treating the sick and the needy.
